Vine cultivation has been preserved at Château La Colombière since the XVth Century.
With the passage of time, observation and understanding have enabled vine-growing techniques to evolve and improve.
Today, in particular, we have to keep a close watch on our vineyard, which still needs patience, respect and passion for the development of our wines.
This approach, in spite of the risks of the climate, has led us to use bio-dynamic methods* : enabling the interaction of soil and grapes to be expressed.

We do not simply want to ‘manufacture’ the wine, but to let it develop naturally from the different grape-varieties in their specific surroundings. We nurture each vinification, bearing in mind that our customers are waiting for well-balanced, juicy and aromatic wines.
The Négrette grape-variety, our local precious grape, gives us those striking, unique wines,… in contrast with the common taste of the majority of wines of today.
We owe our passion to Négrette, …our inspiration !
NB: Our wines have got from 2010 the organic certification with french label ECOCERT.
